Once there was a little boy named Shammu. He liked to go outside and see the flowers, trees, houses and play with his friends. One day, when he went outside, on the side of the house he saw a basket. A puppy was in the basket. When Shammu saw the puppy, he liked it very much. Shammu ran to his house and took his milk bottle and poured the milk into the bottle and ran back to the puppy and gave milk to the puppy. Later he took the puppy home and then on the puppy followed him when he went for walking.
One day while walking he said, “what a lovely day .” He looked at the flowers and he noticed that some of them were yellow, some were orange, some were red, some were violet, and some were white. Then he looked at the sky and noticed that the sky was beautiful, the grass were green, the shrubs were green. Some of the houses were made of wood, bricks, and cement blocks. When he said all this to his parents they were surprised and realised that he loved to watch the nature.
So when he became six years old, Shammu’s parents bought him a bicycle. His mother told him “today you are going to learn to ride the bicycle.” Every day, Shammu practiced after he returned from school. One day he tried to ride the bicycle himself and found that he could ride it himself. His mother and father were happy that he learned to ride the bicycle. Shammu was happy too that he could go and see everything on his bicycle. And he did along with his puppy.

For Mother’s
Lord thank you for good mothers
Even when they are mad they are special
Even when they are angry they are good
Even they are moody they are mighty
They read ,they pray
They care,they love
They cook, they serve
They wash, they wipe
They sweep, they mop
They scrub, they scream
Lord Please give them grace to serve you
Give them love to help others
Give them peace to rest in you.

The Violin
Once there was a bear and a fly. They were good friends and they loved each other. They played together and slept together every day. One day when they were walking outside, they saw a store and went inside. They saw a violin there. They asked the shopkeeper “what is the cost of one violin?” He said, “Rs. 135.” The bear asked the shopkeeper, “do you have two of them?” The shopkeeper said, “Yes, we have.” Then the bear asked, “what is the cost of two violins?” “The cost is Rs. 270” said the shopkeeper. “Now we only have Rs. 100" said the fly.
The fly told the bear “let’s go home and count how much money we have.” Then they went home and looked in the money-jar to see how much money they have. They only had Rs. 50. Then they started to cry. When they stopped crying, they washed their faces and went back to the store. The shopkeeper asked, “do you have Rs. 270 ?” “No, madam, we only have Rs. 150" said the fly. “That’s ok you two take the violins home just bring the money any time later.” said the shopkeeper.
That night they prayed"Lord, please give us the money we have to give." The next day when they counted the money in the money jar. There money was Rs. 120. Happily they ran to the store and gave the money. Then the bear the fly was too happy. Every day they would play the violin and sing together and other animals would sit around the and hear them play.

Naura’s Night Adventure
Naura lived in Tamil Nadu, with his parents and his one brother and one sister. He has many toys like building blocks, cars, bikes etc. He used to play with his toys. His favorite was his crayon gun which he got for his ninth birthday. His family had their own garden. There were fruit trees in their garden like mango, guava, banana, cherry tree, and papaya, etc. They used to roam around the garden with their neighborhood friends. His friends loved to play there because they did not have a big garden like Naura’s family. Naura and his brother and sister were kind to their friends. So their parents allowed them to play in the garden with the friends. He had a dog in his house. Wherever Naura went, the dog followed him.
One night Naura thought “I will go and get the crayon gun and shoot the mangoes down”. So he called his sister and brother and told them his plan. So they agreed to pick mangoes from the ground in bags. Naura, his brother and sister had fun collecting mangoes with the dog running after them. It was difficult to carry the mangoes home. So they took their cart and put the bags in it and pushed it home. They went to sleep afterwards. When their mother came to the kitchen in the morning, she saw a basket full of mangoes. She was worried who put the mangoes in the basket. So she went and asked Naura. Naura told his mother about his night adventure. She was surprised yet happy. And she shared their night adventure with their father.
